Our president and founder, Kim Miller, has more than 30 years’ experience in promotional, marketing and public relations management. She has led PR and marketing teams for organizations of all sizes, including serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Pollo Tropical, a regional family-style fast-casual restaurant chain and as international spokesperson for nearly ten years for fast food giant Burger King Corporation. She has worked for non-profit and government entities as well, bringing a well-rounded sensitivity to the opportunities and challenges of public-private arrangements.Miller oversaw media relations for new product innovations and promotions, crisis communications, consumer communications and corporate relations during her tenures at Burger King and Pollo Tropical Restaurants. She has led teams in all aspects of communications and marketing including public relations and internal communication functions, consumer relations, reactive crisis communications and proactive media relations. Miller also worked for Miami-Dade County, serving as primary spokesperson for the country’s fourth largest county government and served as lead communications liaison during and after Hurricane Andrew. Miller is an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Council, American Marketing Association, National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executive Council, and United Way Women’s Leadership Initiative. She serves or has served on the board of Women in Distress, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida and the Lynne Mitchell Foundation. Miller was selected as an emerging entrepreneur by the Jim Moran Institute and she serves on the accreditation review panel for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She founded the 50-member Atlanta Women’s Exchange (AWE) for women in Foodservice. In February 2016, she was named an Emerging Champion by Enterprising Women Magazine due to the success of her firm and for her commitment to developing opportunities for women to advance professionally. She has received numerous awards and honors for media launch campaigns and for crisis communications responses. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Kampi Chaleunsouk, our Senior VP of Client Services and leader of our West Coast office, has experience as a publicist for a variety of industries including entertainment clients, writers, non-profits, regional retailers, travel and tourism related providers and more. She specializes in media and community relations, promotions, and events. Our in-house team includes specialists in social media, event staffing, video production and integrated marketing. We offer a team of copywriters and graphic designers as well as contracted staffing specialists, podcast producers, and others to handle everything from video news releases to invitations for local store grand openings.

Kampi Chaleunsouk has experience as a publicist for a variety of industries, including chain restaurants, entertainment clients, writers, nonprofits, regional retailers, and more. Chaleunsouk pitched new products and promotions throughout her seven years as the account executive for Pollo Tropical while with the PR agency of record for the brand. For the past three-plus years, she has served in a senior media strategist role for Ink Link Marketing. She manages the West Coast operations for the company.
Client Services Director
Cat Diaz is the agency’s local activation expert and event planner extraordinaire. She has been with the agency from its onset. She interfaces regularly with all clients. She has managed multiple teams for grand openings, media tours and guerilla marketing campaigns for Church’s Chicken, Ovation Brands, Krystal, Tropical Smoothie Café and Boston Market. She lead the Peace Burger Field Activation Team for Krystal and managed to “out burger Burger King” with on-site and post media coverage of the event. She also manages the company’s brand ambassador program and has developed strategic relationships with several staffing agencies to ensure even last minute events in far removed locations can be staffed appropriately. As our Chief Field Activation Officer and Director of Client Services, she will work in tandem with Miller to oversee the account.
Andi Speedy is our resident wordsmith. If it had anything to do with words or concept, it goes through Speedy. Headlines, taglines, brochure copy, website SEO, multimedia presentations, she handles it all. Her client experience includes Regent Hotels, Silver Hill Financial, Bacardi Global Brands, Occidental Hotels, Infinity at Brickell, Cite on the Bay, Elegant Hotels, Oceania Cruise Lines, Villages of Bal Harbour, Hawks Cay Resort, Cheeca Lodge & Spa, the World Gold Council, Pasha’s Restaurants, and several other luxury brands devoted to home furnishings and accessories. Andi currently provides executive account leadership to our Church’s and On The Border accounts.
Grand Opening Division Director
Jessica Chacoff has extensive field, media and promotions experience, having served as our road tour manager for media campaigns for Church’s Chicken and Krystal hamburger. She launched our grand opening division and now leads a team of three professionals who schedule and execute grand openings and re-openings, plus local marketing events around the country. She also has experience in re-branding, SEO and lead generation. Jessica has been with Ink Link for nearly three years.
Karen Vissepo is an expert corporate reputation and media relations professional with over 20 years of experience. Since beginning her career, Karen has amassed a wealth of corporate and marketing communications experience both as a consultant and in-house communications leader. Her current and past clients include Fortune 500 companies, government and not-for-profit organizations including Next Era Energy, Naples County and the Gulf Islands Visitors’ Bureau, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf Islands Tourism Department, Puerto Rico Tourism Company, UPS, Verizon Wireless, Pollo Tropical, Bristol Myers, Roche Pharma, Bayer, Cerveceros America Latina, Bacardi, Procter & Gamble and others.
Peyton Sadler is an expert in the field of tourism, food, and culture. She has served as the Account Executive for The Krystal Company and Miami-based MIC Foods. Her client experience includes Foxwoods Resort & Casino, TPC Sawgrass, The Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center, Hardrock Hotel & Casino, One Ocean Resort & Spa, The Duval Collection, which consists of three luxury hotels in the Florida Keys. She has experience in “fam” tours and in taking her team on the road and landing coverage in local and national outlets.
Senior Account Coordinator
Daniella Delgado is the Senior Account Coordinator for Church’s Chicken and works closely with her team to develop and execute client campaigns, secure print placements, coordinate client executive interviews, and secure TV segments and radio mentions for the client. She has been with Ink Link for 1 year and is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
Ashley Soto is our Supervisor of Social Media and she serves as our in-house digital expert. A product of Miami-Dade Community College’s “Market Hack” program, she develops strategic digital campaigns and conducts extensive blogger outreach efforts on behalf of our clients. She has a strong marketing and graphics background and can quickly develop brand-right collateral materials for our clients. Ashley has been with the firm for nearly two years and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University.
Diego Perez began his career in the financial sector and served as the Vice President of Tuya Accounting in South Florida. He is a Certified Professional Coach and served as a full-time consultant for Thinking Heads, a speakers bureau and personal branding agency, where he lead high-profile clients – former presidents/CEOs – in brand development, guiding their thought leadership platforms and digital marketing strategies. He joined Ink Link in 2016 to lead our international and government public affairs division.
I began my journey with Ink Link Marketing as an intern in July 2016 and, shortly later, earned a part-time position with the company. I am also currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Hospitality Management at Florida International University. I have a great interest in the customer service industry and attending consumer’s needs.
Leslie Acosta started at Ink Link Marketing as an intern in September of 2016. She now works as a Marketing Representative. Leslie is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations at Florida International University with a minor in Social Media and E-Marketing Analytics. Some of her interests include writing and social media.
Bradley Vazquez is currently a student at Florida International University majoring in Marketing. He started at Ink Link as an intern during the summer of 2016 and was asked to join the team shortly after his internship ended. He is now a part-time Marketing Representative awaiting his graduation day to further continue his professional endeavors at Ink Link Marketing.
Daniel Rodriguez started at Ink Link Marketing as an intern September of 2016. He is currently studying at Florida International University, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and minoring in Social Media and E-Marketing Analytics. Some of his interest include social media and digital editing.
Claudia Santana started at Ink Link Marketing in December as an intern in hopes of gaining experience in the public relations and business fields. She is currently a student at Florida International University majoring in Public Relations, with a minor in Art History. Claudia works with the Grand Opening’s team at Ink Link.
Emily Lopez is currently a student at Florida International University majoring in Marketing. She is an Intern at Ink Link Marketing, the newest addition to the team. Her personal and marketing goals revolve around making an immediate and positive impact in the firm. She hopes to learn new skills that will strengthen her education and further expand her marketing skill set.
