Our president and founder, Kim Miller, has more than 25 years experience in promotional, marketing and public relations management. She has led the PR and marketing teams for organizations of all sizes, including Pollo Tropical®, a regional family-style fast-casual restaurant chain, fast food giant Burger King Corporation, biomedical device company Cordis Corporation (a division of Johnson & Johnson) as well as the second largest county government in the U.S. and others.

Kampi Chaleunsouk, our Senior VP of Client Services and leader of our West Coast office, has experience as a publicist for a variety of industries including entertainment clients, writers, non-profits, regional retailers, travel and tourism related providers and more. She specializes in media and community relations, promotions, and events.

Our in-house team includes specialists in social media, event staffing, video production and integrated marketing. We offer a team of copywriters and graphic designers as well as contracted staffing specialists, podcast producers, and others to handle everything from video news releases to invitations for local store grand openings.

Kim MillerOur president and founder, Kim Miller, has more than 30 years’ experience in promotional, marketing and public relations management. She has led  PR and marketing teams for organizations of all sizes, including serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Pollo Tropical, a regional family-style fast-casual restaurant chain and as international spokesperson for nearly ten years for fast food giant Burger King Corporation. She has worked for non-profit and government entities as well, bringing a well-rounded sensitivity to the opportunities and challenges of public-private arrangements.

Miller oversaw media relations for new product innovations and promotions, crisis communications, consumer communications and corporate relations during her tenures at Burger King and Pollo Tropical Restaurants. She has led teams in all aspects of communications and marketing including public relations and internal communication functions, consumer relations, reactive crisis communications and proactive media relations. Miller also worked for Miami-Dade County, serving as primary spokesperson for the country’s fourth largest county government and served as lead communications liaison during and after Hurricane Andrew. Miller is an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Council, American Marketing Association, National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executive Council, and United Way Women’s Leadership Initiative.  She serves or has served on the board of Women in Distress, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida and the Lynne Mitchell Foundation.  Miller was selected as an emerging entrepreneur by the Jim Moran Institute and she serves on the accreditation review panel for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She founded the 50-member Atlanta Women’s Exchange (AWE) for women in Foodservice.  In February 2016, she was named an Emerging Champion by Enterprising Women Magazine due to the success of her firm and for her commitment to developing opportunities for women to advance professionally. She has received numerous awards and honors for media launch campaigns and for crisis communications responses. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Miguel handles community outreach for such clients as Wild Fork Foods and all of our Grand Openers clients. He is totally bilingual and has been with Ink Link for almost two years.
West Coast Senior VP of Client Services
kampiKampi Chaleunsouk has experience as a publicist for a variety of industries, including chain restaurants, entertainment clients, writers, nonprofits, regional retailers, and more.  Chaleunsouk pitched new products and promotions throughout her seven years as the account executive for Pollo Tropical while with the PR agency of record for the brand. For the past three-plus years, she has served in a senior media strategist role for Ink Link Marketing.  She manages the West Coast operations for the company.  
VP of Client Services
Peyton Sadler is an expert in the field of tourism, food, and culture. She serves the Director of Client Services for the Food & Beverage Division of Ink Link Marketing. She currently services Church’s Chicken, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Little Caesars International, Jon Smith Subs, The Great Greek and more. Her client experience includes Foxwoods Resort & Casino, TPC Sawgrass, The Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center, Hardrock Hotel & Casino, One Ocean Resort & Spa, The Duval Collection, which consists of three luxury hotels in the Florida Keys. She has experience in “fam” tours and in taking her team on the road and landing coverage in local and national outlets. Peyton is a graduate of Florida State University.

Andi Speedy is our resident wordsmith.  If it had anything to do with words or concept, it goes through Speedy. Headlines, taglines, brochure copy, website SEO, multimedia presentations, she handles it all. Her client experience includes Regent Hotels, Silver Hill Financial, Bacardi Global Brands, Occidental Hotels, Infinity at Brickell, Cite on the Bay, Elegant Hotels, Oceania Cruise Lines, Villages of Bal Harbour, Hawks Cay Resort, Cheeca Lodge & Spa, the World Gold Council, Pasha’s Restaurants, and several other luxury brands devoted to home furnishings and accessories.  Andi currently provides executive account leadership to our Church’s and On The Border accounts.
